Research Description

Dr. Nakano's lab seeks to develop novel and effective therapeutics for malignant brain tumors. Projects include drug screening, structure-based drug design, establishment of patient-derived cancer stem cells, and collection and evaluation of clinical samples of brain cancers including tumor specimens, blood samples, and cerebrospinal fluids. These samples are widely shared nationally and internationally by establishing collaboration.
