Art Therapy

Art making can be a powerful way to process feelings related to a cancer diagnosis. During art therapy sessions, participants discover modes of creative self-expression and experience the many benefits of the art process. These tools can be a valuable way to reduce stress, provide inspiration, deepen insight and improve well-being.
